Orders £165 - £330.00 Delivery £55.00 plus vat
Orders £330 - £555.00 Delivery £30.00 plus vat
Deliveries over £555.00 plus vat Free Delivery

We will always contact you to ensure you know on which day your materials will be delivered.

Deliveries will be made to the address stated on customer’s order, some products that are not stock items carry a longer delivery lead time, details are usually noted on the product page, or we will contact you to let you know.

A preferred delivery date can be entered at the point of ordering. Specific times cannot be given.

We always endeavour to fulfil every order in the timescale provided but please do not arrange for tradesmen to be on site to carry out work with materials before they have arrived as we cannot be held responsible if the order does not arrive in the time frame given.

Deliveries can be made without the customer being present with prior notification, however, high value items and perishable materials will not be left without a signature. An additional charge may be made for a failed delivery or if the items have to be re- delivered. If materials are not checked & signed for at the point of delivery it is often very difficult for us to help rectify situations involving damaged items or shortages of stock delivered.

Deliveries are kerbside only on large vehicles and therefore any access issues such as narrow lanes, overhead cables or any other potential problems should be disclosed beforehand otherwise charges may be levied for re-deliveries or returned goods.
